2. Services, Coaching, and Appointments
Refunds for services, coaching sessions, programmes, or appointments will only be issued if at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is provided prior to the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable

Where applicable, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion but is not guaranteed
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
3. Digital Products and Online Content
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, refunds for digital products or downloadable content will not be available once:

The download has begun,
provided that you have been informed in advance and have expressly consented to the loss of your 14-day cancellation right.
If access has not yet been provided, statutory cancellation rights may apply.
4. Refund Method and Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
